Emma Ryan

Emma Ryan is partner in the firm and is head of the firms litigation department. In addition be being a solicitor, Emma is also a qualified barrister. Prior to joining Johnston Solicitors Emma practiced as a barrister for over 10 years in family law, personal injuries and employment matters.
Emma was a member of the Bar Council of Irelands Civil Bar Committee and represented the Bar Council of Ireland on Family Law matters and discussions regarding the introduction of the Family Courts Act 2024. Emma practices in all areas of Family law from the District Court to High Court matters. Emma is a member of the Family Lawyers Association. Emma also holds a degree in Psychology through Science from Maynooth University. |
